Job Overview

  • Salary RM3500 - RM4500

Location: Bangsar South

Job Descriptions:

  1. Calculate and manage employee incentives, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution based on performance metrics and company policies.
  2. Download daily purchase orders from the Business-to-Business (B2B) portal and ensure accuracy of data.
  3. Enter sales orders, check for stock availability, and notify suppliers of any out-of-stock items to revise purchase orders as needed.
  4. Coordinate supplier delivery booking slots to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  5. Process and enter returns forms into the system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
  6. Download and organize documents from the B2B portal, including returns and supplier claims.
  7. Consolidate and maintain packing lists for Point of Sale Materials (POSM).

To be successful in this role:

  • Candidates must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree certification in Business Administration, Accounting, or any equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using Excel for data entry and basic reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or invoicing role is a plus.
