Sales Admin Executive (MNC Consumer Health)

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Validate the claims from the customer against the condition of the rebate agreement
• To ensure the validity and completeness of supporting documents of customer claims.
• Review sales documentation before applying payment to the customer account.
• Set up the rebate agreement in the SAP system
• To create and update pricing listing in the system
• Review and maintain promotional items
• Communicate discrepancies to the sales team, identify the problem, escalate, and solve disputes within the given timeline
• Maintain a good relationship with a customer
• Prepare report
• Process improvement activities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicant with an SAP system is added advantage
• Positive working attitude, Meticulous and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Ms. Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table)
