Job Overview
- Salary RM3000 - RM5000
Location: Section 25, Shah Alam Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Provide weekly report for Debtors, Stock Inventory
- Handle department day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare relevant sales report for Sales Review & Sales Budget
- Follow up with customers on collection
- Monitor of inventory level
- Organize & manage department affairs
- Maintain a good relationship with a customer
- Prepare report
- Process improvement activities
- Ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Positive working attitude, Meticulous and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Ms. Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table)
