Job Overview

  • Salary RM 2500-RM 3000

Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.
    pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stocks.
  • Update calendars and schedule driver’s trips.
  • Support Admin Division (Raise Purchase Order, Process Invoices)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the related department.
  • Other responsibilities to be assigned by the Management as and when required.
