R&D Engineer, Product Development (Ceiling Fan/Manufacturing)

Location: Rawang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Lead or coordinate Ceiling Fan R&D development activities.
• To perform new product introductions and extension projects in Ceiling Fan.
• To manage Ceiling Fan’s product design/drawing from concept until launching.
• To perform details design layout by using 2D & 3D CAD Software. 
• Responsible for meeting quality, productivity and yield targets in production activities.
• To troubleshoot AC and DC Motors for Ceiling Fan, including the functional, motor winding and manufacturing process.
• To liaise with the design department to resolve design quality and participate in continuous improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage entire production processes.
• To lead and supervise the production team to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
• To recommend quality improvements and procedures more efficiently.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for the production team.
• To prepare and maintain daily production reports.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Ceiling Fan’s product development OR production auto development in Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AC and DC Motors will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with in 2D & 3D CAD Software.
• Languages: English, Mandarin, Malay
• Preferably Senior Engineer specializing in Ceiling Fan/Manufacturing.
• Full-Time positions available.
