Quantity Surveyor (SME)

Location: Klang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation
• Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting in the construction project.
• Planning and budgeting.
• Reporting and documentation.
• Project management.
• Handling Pre/Post Contract.
• Manage and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
• Relevant certification or membership in a professional body is a plus.
• Able to travel on-site.
