Purchasing Officer

Location: Chukai, Kuala Terengganu

Job Descriptions:

• Research potential vendors from internet.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products and report to management if there is quality issue
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) and reviewing Purchase orders.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Detailed oriented.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate with 1 year relevant working experience is an added advantage.
