Production Planner

Location: Senai, Johor

Job Descriptions:

1. • Create detailed production schedules for injection molding machines to meet customer orders and ensure efficient machine utilization.
   • Balance production priorities with machine maintenance schedules and tool changes.
   • Adjust schedules in response to machine breakdowns, material shortages, or urgent customer demands.
   • Coordinate the availability of raw materials (e.g., resins, colorants) and molds for seamless production.
   • Plan and allocate manpower and equipment effectively to achieve production goals.
   • Monitor stock levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to prevent shortages or overstocking.
   • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
   • Partner with quality assurance to address any defects or issues in production.
   • Track production metrics such as cycle time, scrap rates, and downtime.
   • Propose and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, such as reducing cycle times or improving scheduling accuracy.
   • Ensure production schedules adhere to company quality standards and relevant industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
