Senior Customer Quality Engineer (Semiconductor/Electrical)

Location: Kajang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure the correct implementation and upkeep of all QC process flows to maintain effectiveness.
• Monitor and confirm all materials and finished products pass the required quality control assessments.
• Track all CPARs issued and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures to uphold product quality.
• Investigate and document any quality concerns or customer complaints.
• Perform in-process audits to ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Conduct supplier audits at their facilities to verify the quality of their output.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in handling customer complaints within QA/QC, with at least 2 years in a Senior role.
• Proficient in 8D and 5Y problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
• Familiar with FMEA and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus.
