Plant Maintenance Engineer

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment, including the wastewater treatment system, air compressor system, boiler, natural gas system, and carbon dioxide tank system, to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, assisting in training on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure it is sufficient when needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for process and equipment performance improvements, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidate with CePIETSO-PCP certification.
• Candidates with 2 years and above of experience in plant maintenance.
