Patient Access Programme Operations Executive (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Effectively execute and manage operations to ensure timely delivery of medicines to the patients.
• Connect and engage with patients and Health Care Professionals for new patients enrollment and treatment compliance.
• Work closely with an internal and external partner.
• Manage up-to-date patient data and documentation in compliance.
• Opportunity to participate in continuous improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with policies and standard.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Life Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in managing a patient support program/patient journey in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience in clinical practice or in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills are required to build and maintain working relationships at all levels.
• Meticulous with multi-tasking ability and organized.
• Positive attitude, resilient and a good team-player with a customer focus mindset.
• Good communication skills with possessing good oral and written skills. Proficiency in English is essential.
• Project management experience will be an added advantage
