Job Descriptions:
Administrative & Executive Support:
- Draft and edit professional communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with company values.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, preserving trust and integrity.
- Promote a professional environment, aligning actions with company values.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Support HR in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition and team-building events.
- Develop and manage internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging across teams.
- Analyze employee feedback to identify trends and improve the employee experience.
- Partner with HR and management to align engagement efforts with company goals.
Communication & Content Creation:
- Write and edit newsletters, emails, and meeting materials, ensuring alignment with company culture.
- Develop articles, blog posts, press releases, and webcasts to enhance public presence.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials like brochures and banners.
- Ensure content and visuals align with branding guidelines before distribution.
Brand Management & Strategy:
- Ensure communication materials reflect the company’s brand identity.
- Develop and deploy site-specific communication strategies.
- Act as a liaison with corporate communications to align strategies.
- Assist in planning marketing activities aligned with internal communication goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media to inform strategies.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Evaluate and improve communication and engagement strategies for business success.
To be successful in this role:
- A bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Public Relations, Human Resources, Communication or any equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretarial Administrator, or similar role.
- Proven experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Knowledge in video-making software and content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong independent, self-motivated, time management, and organizational skills.

Location: KL/Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for both underground and surface drill machines.
- Travel to customer sites in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia to conduct machine troubleshooting.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting (second-line support only), providing recommendations based on reports to improve customer satisfaction and optimize processes.
- Make necessary system adjustments to client equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Proactively develop solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Provide application guidance to the sales team and review operating cost proposals upon request.
- Take ownership of technical and application aspects of market releases for new products and versions, and oversee the phase-out of older products.
- Lead product launches, conduct testing, and manage commissioning services.
- Assist with operational readiness for large-scale projects.
- Support the New Product Development (NPD) process by providing technical input.
- Provide aftermarket support to Equipment divisions and Sales Areas.
- Ensure all activities comply with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations, procedures, and guidelines, and promote awareness of these standards, addressing any deviations.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members, including facilitating knowledge transfer between the factory and Sales Area.
- Collaborate with the Parts & Services division and take technical responsibility for training initiatives in relevant Sales Areas.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of underground and surface drill machines, loaders, trucks, and related equipment.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suites.
- Proficiency in English oral and written communication.
