Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

Manage marketing project finances, including PR/PO handling and invoice management:

  • Issue PRs and POs for marketing expenses in SEA Confectionery.
  • Oversee GR processes to ensure timely processing.
  • Handle vendor invoices and collaborate closely with the Finance operation team.
  • Maintain systematic records of PRs, POs, GRs, and invoices.
  • Proficient in utilizing SAP and Ariba for PR and PO management.
  • Assist in managing accrued marketing expenses in the SEA Confectionery segment.
  • Provide support for Ariba and SAP applications within the marketing department, with assistance from the Commercial and IT teams.
  • Support Activity Project Cross Charge between markets/regions (NA & SEA).

Provide support to Brand Managers for new product launches in the SEA region:

  • Coordinate the delivery of existing and new product samples from Mars factories, external vendors, and South East Asia Mars Offices.
  • Assist in managing Product Listing/Trade Sample information and requirements.
  • Lead the development of local language artwork, from briefing agencies to dealing with printers.
  • Manage local co-packing projects, including instruction development, artwork, material printing, and delivery.
  • Support Brand Managers in the development of Non-growth projects’ toolkits if required.
  • Assist Brand Managers in conducting product testing and sample surveys.

Assist Brand Managers with tasks related to SEA marketing campaigns for Confectionery:

  • Manage the localization of marketing campaigns, including adapting content to local languages and gathering feedback for relevancy.
  • Support brand managers in reviewing local media plans and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Review and propose Influencers/KOLs content to ensure alignment with brand propositions and relatability to local consumers.
  • Support brand managers in creating brand content and marketing materials for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Lead coordination and execution of local marketing events.

Lead Brand Social Media Management in SEA:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (local markets, consumer care, corporate affairs) and external agencies for social media management.
  • Monitor brand social pages, including consumer queries, comments, and responses on social content.

Support and coordinate various other marketing activities:

  • Manage product code creation and vendor setup.
  • Coordinate sampling programs or product sponsorships.
  • Organize and execute internal marketing workshops.
  • Track competitors’ products.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Bachelor degree of Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (bonus).
  • Good communication skill in both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application.
  • Marketing experience in FMCG industry (bonus).
  • Possess basic financial knowledge such as purchase to pay process (Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Invoicing and Payment and Accrual) and cross charging (bonus).
