Marketing Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Track and manage marketing collateral, logistics, and assets, ensuring proper organization and easy access to all documentation.
• Maintain and update marketing databases to support telemarketing activities and targeted campaign segmentation.
• Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing resources in achieving set objectives and targets.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
• Manage marketing databases, automation platforms, and campaign tracking tools, while monitoring key performance metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing activities.
• Oversee event registration processes, logistics arrangements, and communication with attendees.
• Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing events and materials, leveraging strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
• Resourceful and detail-oriented, with a strong command of the English language.
• Strong writing skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A reliable team player who collaborates well with others.
• Personal qualities include creativity, positivity, passion, motivation, and collaboration. Demonstrates initiative, performs well under pressure, and effectively manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
