Marketing Assistant

Location: Damansara, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate closely with Brand Leads to drive project success, gaining valuable exposure in project management while assisting managers in preparing and monitoring promotional materials. This role offers an opportunity to enhance interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external vendors, to ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee project management tasks, including planning, monitoring, and timeline management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as this role requires effectively managing project workflows and ensuring clear communication of progress to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to adapt to change and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring project documentation remains updated and well-structured.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with proficiency in Chinese (verbal and written) being an added advantage.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative is highly beneficial.
