Marketing Administrator

Job Overview

  • Salary RM2,500-RM3,000

Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

  • Support event planning and coordination for conferences, tradeshows, and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and report key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s digital marketing efforts.
  • Help create and coordinate marketing materials with external vendors while tracking physical asset balances.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools and training materials for the sales team.
  • Work closely with different teams to support the launch of new products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Business Admin or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
