Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

Logistic Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with all parties involved in the logistic process, including e-Commerce Manager, D2C Operation team, Main DC Operation team, Logistic Manager, Customer Service and Finance team

• Maintain performance metrics (OTIF, Return, Damage, etc.) and reports in a weekly / periodic basic to key stakeholder in order to provide meaningful logistic information and as a means of measuring and evaluating performance

• Plan and coordinate with e-Commence Manager to prepare the weekly replenishment plan and maintain optimum safety stock to maintain high level of customer satisfaction

• Perform inter-warehouse transfer arrangement.

• Ensure periodic disposal process is being perform and approval internally, and physical exercise performed at service provider as per requirement

• Support day to day operational administration process for Supply Chain team, including planning for consumable purchase, purchase order issuance, receiving, and processing in a timely manner

Inventory Management

• Analyze, develop and provide logistic related performance data for D2C service provider, including inventory accuracy, stock level, damage and return.

• Ensure transactions between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, seller platform and service provider database is tally during periodic reconciliation and annual stock count

• Maintain accuracy of One Navision V2 inventory, focusing on inbound receipts, returns and periodic stock reconciliation between One Navision and service provider and proposed action plan for gap closure

• Responsible in maintaining accurate inventory data from service provider, optimizes periodic write offs for NQCs as well as quarterly write offs claims against service provider.

• Lead and own the process for periodic and annual stock count for Service provider

• Highlight on inventory concern and collaborate with e-Commence Manager to resolve ad hoc request, short expiry products and high inventory products toward cost effective inventory level.

• Fully supportive and co-champion in leading the effort to drive down NQC level locally

Distribution Quality Management (DQM)

• Support Logistic Manager on annual regional audit as per requirement

• Ensure Hold and Release process from origin is performed on time and per requirement

• Ensure Pest Control requirement is performed.

• Participate in all trainings and audits, proactively engage stakeholder to drive continuous improvement
