IT Security Access Administrator

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• The Global Access Administration team is responsible for assuring adequate control of access to IT and data assets for corporate computer systems and applications on a global, regional, divisional, and local level.
• Comply with permitted access requests, recertification per user request, and company security rules.
• Provide day-to-day support and management of Global IS security components.
• Create, edit, and de-provision accounts for end users, allowing them to access IT-Systems.
• Assist end users in resolving access control incidents (through e-mail and phone).
• Detect and report issues and problems encountered while executing the primary work, as well as contribute to their resolution.
• Provide Access Administration services in accordance with agreed-upon service standards (in terms of quality, time and money).
• Recognize operational technical and process concerns and provide recommendations for changes
• Assists with audits of security access control on the above-mentioned systems
• Assists with re-certification efforts
• Possible consignment support or standby services.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent expertise is required.
• At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Active Directory account administration -OR- Microsoft Exchange account administration -OR- Application Account Administration
• ITIL3 foundation certification preferred (or more) A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline is required, as is equivalent experience. Additional Education, Experience, or Skills
• English fluency (written and verbal).
• Capable of working in a multi-cultural, global, virtual IT support company.
• Only Applicable for Malaysian
