IT Manager / IT Assistant Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, such as application development and cybersecurity, to ensure infrastructure supports emerging technologies and business needs.
• Manage daily operational and project-related tasks within the IT infrastructure team.
• Handle internal and external communications, serving as the primary escalation point for business-related issues.
• Assist in managing relationships with external organizations and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• This role is only for Malaysian only.
• Possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, focusing on network and server administration, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
• Proven experience leading an IT operations management team.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with customers, subordinates, peers, and senior management.
