IT Technology Senior Manager / IT Manager (2 headcounts)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Formulate and execute an Information Technology strategy that is in harmony with the company’s overarching business goals.
• Possibly take the lead in supervising the digital transformation strategy for the entire organization.
• Foster close collaboration with the Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Administration Divisions to pinpoint opportunities for digitalization, process enhancement, data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, IoT, and to synchronize technological initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk activities.
• Oversee the management and administration of the network infrastructure, systems, applications, and database services, encompassing LAN/WAN administration, service availability, system capacity, security management, helpdesk support, disaster protection, and network support services.
• Offer technical support to stakeholders on issues related to IT, covering hardware, software, networking, applications, and systems.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities and assignments as instructed by the Management, aligning with competencies and tasks linked to any of the previously mentioned processes.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and external partners to assess and deploy pertinent solutions.
• Coordinate with APAC IT team to execute global network and support initiatives.
• Assume the leadership and management of an IT Officers team.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in similar roles.
• Possess successful track record and achievement in managing several simultaneous projects comprising IT and digitalization transformation.
• Willing to seek challenges and to play key roles in transforming the manufacturing plant and developing oneself in the area of IOT, AI, and digitilisation.
• Willing to be on stay-by and support when IT related system is down
