IT Executive

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide first-level technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Offer front-line support for sales systems such as Weighbridge, Command Series, Command Batch, and other related platforms.
• Perform regular maintenance and backup of plant computers to ensure system reliability.
• Conduct in-house IT training sessions for users to enhance their technical proficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding IT-related support and purchases.
• Prepare and maintain updated system, user, and operating documentation.
• Manage IT assets by keeping an up-to-date inventory and conducting annual asset audits.
• Assist the IT Infrastructure Analyst with various IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including implementation of group guidelines, conducting training, and monitoring compliance.
• Proactively manage employee health and safety to continuously enhance the company’s health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must hold at least a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project implementation, network planning, maintenance, or core network management.
• Strong technical expertise in core network products, including understanding feature specifications and testing requirements.
• Knowledge of IT standards, policies, regulations, compliance, and codes of conduct.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay, with strong communication skills.
