IT Executive (MNC Industry)

Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and system performance.
• Support hardware, software, operating systems, user accounts, internet access, antivirus, email, CCTV, firewall, and database systems.
• Perform system configurations, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and peripherals.
• Oversee system updates, patches, software deployments, and virtualization setup.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Enforce IT policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT and office equipment.
• Support technology refresh by replacing outdated hardware with new units.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems support.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role occasionally requires liaising with Chinese vendors.
• Solid knowledge of network, server systems, and IT hardware.
• Hands-on experience in IT administration, system/network management, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Familiar with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V) or any relevant platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
