IT Application Support

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Develop new applications, maintain current internal programs and external systems, and redesign them.
• Provide technical support for various applications used across the organization, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, collaborating with end-users to understand and address their concerns.
• Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, incidents, and problems.
• Work closely with the 3rd party vendors to address complex technical issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, information technology, or equivalent field is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and individuals with 1-2 years of experience will be considered favorably.
• Ability to deal with people of all ability levels and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Applicable for Malaysian citizen
