IT Application Support (Fresh grads welcome)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support the development and solution team with application implementation and documentation.
• Provide fundamental hardware, operating system, and solution support (Windows, Cloud, Android).
• Willing to learn and support label template creation and basic application coding (Scripting).
• Participate in complete application installation (hardware/software installation) and after-service support.
• Attend client sites to carry out support tasks, troubleshoot systems, install updates, or install solutions.
• Participate in first-level software maintenance support and resolve issues that are reported.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or similar certification in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferred candidate with at least 1-2 year of working experience in similar field (fresh graduate with good personality and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply).
• Understanding in software application (standard or customized) and system support will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in I.T. hardware, networking and configuration.
