Human Resource Director / Manager (PJ)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• As HR Leader for Malaysia public listed company
• Plan and manage HR strategies & policy to achieve company’s objectives
• Manage HR Projects for new business unit set up, HR policy synchronization after M&A, process improvement constantly and future regional expansion.
• Managing HR operations
• Lead and inspire HR Team to build fundamental of company to become most preferred employer in employment market
• As core team member to work closely with CEO, COO, CFO for current and future business planning
• Company branding through HR practices, initiative and contribution to community. As company ambassador by adding value to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity is required for this position.
• Preferably HR Director / Manager specializing in Human Resources Management for large retail chain, F&B business.
• Business Unit manager and TA Manager may apply as our client has multiple positions at difference job levels
• Strong talent acquisition and talent management experience will be crucial to drive the company road map
• A hands-on person as this company going through rapid growth in Malaysia now and regional market soon
• Dynamic, young, strong drive and effective HR Leader
• 1 Full-Time Positions available.
