Job Descriptions:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department for smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provide first level payroll and HR assistance to all employees.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents
  • Handle sensitive information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the execution of HR processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the HR process.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in, Business Admin, Human Resource Management, International Business or related studies.
  • 1 year working experience in office administrative duties.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Meticulous, organize, and with excellent communication skills.
