Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department for smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide first level payroll and HR assistance to all employees.
- Prepare and manage HR documents
- Handle sensitive information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the execution of HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across the HR process.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in, Business Admin, Human Resource Management, International Business or related studies.
- 1 year working experience in office administrative duties.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Computer literacy.
- Meticulous, organize, and with excellent communication skills.
