Job Overview

Location: Terengganu
Job Descriptions:
1. Managing Daily Operations: This includes overseeing the day-to-day activities related to inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
2. Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. This involves implementing efficient inventory control measures and optimizing storage space utilization.
3. Logistics Coordination: Collaborating closely with the logistics team to coordinate transportation, and delivery schedules.
4. Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes conducting inspections, addressing any discrepancies or damages, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Team Management: Leading and supervising a team of warehouse staff and packers. This involves assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the warehouse and logistics operations. This may involve implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, and reducing costs.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and analyzing data related to warehouse operations, shipment volumes, inventory levels, and performance metrics when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Candidate with at least 2 years of working experience in a hypermarket/supermarket environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin
