Graphic Shared Service – Local Graphics Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Be accountable for the perfect design of local packing labels and shipper cartons.
• Serve as the primary project manager for the cross-functional  (Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging Engineers, Quality, etc.), pre-media agency, and translation services.
• Develop knowledge in graphics systems, tools, and processes, acting in a consultative way, to become the “go-to” person for graphics.
• Manage project deliverables and information for artwork completion tasks.
• Gather project information from systems and cross-functional teams to create “fit for use” packet handoffs that help pre-media agencies develop graphics correctly the first time.
• Contribute to project timeline development and prioritization
• Upload project data and due dates into the WebCenter workflow tool
• Maintain project status reports and metrics and attend planning meetings
• Manage lead-time expectations for artwork, prepress, and eCommerce imagery for timely delivery
• Lead hand-off, kick-off, and review meetings with Global GrSS, cross-functional teams, and pre-media agency.
• Manage artwork approvals in WebCenter, summarizing required changes for the pre-media agency.
• Attend post-production meetings to review packaging projects and compile learnings for process improvement.
• Identify potential for and help with business process improvement.
