Financial Planning Analyst

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and financial analyses. Oversee and manage key aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, report generation, and related tasks.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and cost control for headcount, operating expenses (OPEX), and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for business decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures and controls.
• Handle e-billing submissions.
• Assist with various ad-hoc projects, financial reporting, and analysis as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to tight schedules and handle ad-hoc tasks effectively.
