Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) – Supply Chain (Immediate Vacancy)-RM9000

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support month-end closing activities and core accounting functions.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports with in-depth analysis on supply chain performance, including operating expenses, usage variances, inventory, and fixed assets, highlighting deviations for timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate cycle counts and year-end stock counts; manage inventory-related tasks such as subsystem postings, reconciliations, and stock analysis.
• Review and appraise capital expenditure requests, maintain the fixed asset register, and track budgets for asset additions/disposals.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and strategic plans, providing detailed estimations and analysis.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and new project development in collaboration with Supply Chain and R&D.
• Handle supply chain finance-related tasks including management and regional reporting, audit support, indirect tax matters, costing, surveys, and insurance claims.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, results-oriented, capable of multitasking and working independently
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
