Finance Transformation Manager

Job Overview

  • Salary RM21,000 - RM23,000

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  1. Leadership and Team Development
  • Lead and motivate the finance team, steering them towards achieving the company’s vision of being the engine of finance.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment by providing coaching and support to ensure team growth and skill enhancement.
  • Drive adherence to global processes and maintain robust financial controls.
  1. Strategic Collaboration and Insights
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders, including the CFO, Cluster Financial Controllers, and Local Controllers, to deliver valuable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by interpreting financial data, providing variance analysis, and offering insightful commentary for improved business decisions.
  1. Digitization and Process Improvement
  • Play a pivotal role in the organization’s digital transformation by identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Champion the standardization and simplification of financial processes, fostering streamlined operations.
  1. Statutory Reporting and Working Capital Management
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate financial information for month-end close and statutory reporting to stakeholders.
  • Drive the team to prepare accurate forecasts, ensuring effective working capital management.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reporting to relevant authorities.
  1. Governance and Internal Controls
  • Foster a strong control environment, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and adherence to internal controls.
  • Actively support organizational change initiatives and build engagement with the finance team.
  1. Ad-Hoc Support and Special Projects
  • Provide financial expertise and analysis for ad-hoc queries and support ongoing projects in alignment with SLAs.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A qualified finance professional or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, or related fields such as General Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Treasury.
  • Proven experience in team supervision and people management.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with the confidence to express clear opinions and explain financial issues to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with organizational change, including building engagement and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes within the scope of the company.
