- Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and motivate the finance team, steering them towards achieving the company’s vision of being the engine of finance.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment by providing coaching and support to ensure team growth and skill enhancement.
- Drive adherence to global processes and maintain robust financial controls.
- Strategic Collaboration and Insights
- Partner closely with key stakeholders, including the CFO, Cluster Financial Controllers, and Local Controllers, to deliver valuable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by interpreting financial data, providing variance analysis, and offering insightful commentary for improved business decisions.
- Digitization and Process Improvement
- Play a pivotal role in the organization’s digital transformation by identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Champion the standardization and simplification of financial processes, fostering streamlined operations.
- Statutory Reporting and Working Capital Management
- Deliver high-quality, accurate financial information for month-end close and statutory reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive the team to prepare accurate forecasts, ensuring effective working capital management.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reporting to relevant authorities.
- Governance and Internal Controls
- Foster a strong control environment, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and adherence to internal controls.
- Actively support organizational change initiatives and build engagement with the finance team.
- Ad-Hoc Support and Special Projects
- Provide financial expertise and analysis for ad-hoc queries and support ongoing projects in alignment with SLAs.
Job Requirements:
- A qualified finance professional or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, or related fields such as General Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Treasury.
- Proven experience in team supervision and people management.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with the confidence to express clear opinions and explain financial issues to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with organizational change, including building engagement and driving digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of finance processes within the scope of the company.
