Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Shah alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports for management, shareholders, auditors, lenders, and regulators.
• Oversee credit control, customer collections, and supplier relationships.
• Lead budgeting, business planning, and monitor actual vs. budget performance.
• Handle banking negotiations and financing facilities.
• Analyze cash flow, costs, financial statements, and capital expenditures to support decision-making.
• Manage risk, insurance coverage, and assets/liabilities.
• Provide financial advisory to top management on investments and expansions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for compliance.
• Oversee Senior Management payroll and related controls.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, MICPA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a member of MIA.
• At least 5 years’ of experience in Manufacturing
