Finance Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and long-term planning.
• Check and review the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual performance against budgets.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts for management review.
• Prepare, monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Optimize working capital and recommend strategies for cash flow improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, accounting standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support for the team professional development.
• Communicate financial and operational information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial and operational goals with overall business objectives

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Professional Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent from reputable universities
• Chartered Accountancy / ACCA / CPA would be an added advantage
• Experienced in supervising a team of staff
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
