Finance Manager

Location: Cheras, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for overall accounting , financial and treasury functions Responsible for timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports, group consolidated accounts , performance analysis and report variance to facilitate management decision making
• Preparation of monthly /quarterly and annual financial and management reports .
• Preparation and co-ordination of cashflow forecast , annual budget and monthly profit & loss forecast
• Reviewing of monthly balance sheet and profit & loss / tax schedule and company tax /deferred tax computations
• Ability to prepare audited accounts of company
• To monitor and realisation of project costing and cashflow forecast
• Liaise with bankers , tax agent/tax consultant , auditors, company secretary and relevant government authorities
• Any ah-hoc assignment as and when required that management assign from time to time Hands-on in computerised accounting systems and Excel Worksheet.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar degree
• Preferable more than 7 to 10 years of experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact at all levels
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment – possess a keen sense of business urgency
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to all levels of management
• Strong management and time management skills
• Understanding of financial concepts and tax
