Field Support Engineer (Networking)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot communication networks for clients while ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including managing customer support tickets.
• Perform routine checks to maintain service quality and prevent potential network failures.
• Track network issues and resolutions through a ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation.
• Support IT teams in expanding and optimizing regional IT infrastructure.
• Assist the Network Operations Center (NOC), provide field support, and help protect network infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Professional Certification in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Possess strong troubleshooting, IT, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and independent.

Others Information:

• 1-year contract with potential for permanent conversion.
