Field Service Engineer (Water Treatment/Pest Elimination)

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide routine service support at assigned customer sites, ensuring effective system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical expertise by identifying and resolving customer pain points, performing system analyses, and interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring customer operations perform optimally by analysing systems and offering innovative solutions.
• Manage chemical inventory and equipment for customers, ensuring accurate stock levels and functionality to support ongoing operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts to align with their operational goals and continuous improvement plans.
• Prepare reports and documentation including sample testing/analysis, maintenance, service report, monthly report, inventory report, ordering and general labor activities.
• Follow company safety guidelines, adhere to incident reporting requirements, and ensure all activities are conducted within regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel.
