Executive Assistant to Country President

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the Country President’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Managing correspondence and facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive review.
- Collect and analyze data related to country performance, market trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items during meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and support cross-functional projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5-6 years of working experience in executive assistant to senior executives or leaders in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in MS. office and analytic tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
- Multitasking, attention to detail and proactive approach to managing tasks.
