Executive Assistant to Country President

Job Overview

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the Country President’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Managing correspondence and facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive review.
  • Collect and analyze data related to country performance, market trends, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items during meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and support cross-functional projects.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-6 years of working experience in executive assistant to senior executives or leaders in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in MS. office and analytic tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Multitasking, attention to detail and proactive approach to managing tasks.
