Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
- Salary RM4000 - RM6000
Location: KL Sentral
Job Descriptions:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing daily schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, organizing events, and handling travel arrangements.
- Track and follow up on tasks assigned by executives to ensure timely and efficient completion, while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and facilitation of executive meetings, events, and activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are seamlessly executed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative and personnel-related matters within the department, overseeing functions such as office administration, asset management, expense tracking, contract management, and document and data organization.
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Secretarial Management, Business Administration, or any relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role as professional executive assistant or executive secretary.
- Strong in both Chinese and English oral and written communication skills. Proficient in the Malay language is an added advantage.
- Skilled in operating IT software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
- Proven experience in organizing large projects or events, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
