Customer Support Executive (Loan Processing)

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Business Nature: Hire Purchase Corporate Vehicle & trucks

Job Descriptions:

• Assist and support the credit and marketing teams.
• In charge of processing applications for new and current loans.
• Assist in conducting interviews with customers and requesting the documents required for loan processing.
• Follow up on any incomplete loan paperwork from clients.
• Assist in carrying out processing duties to meet the team’s target.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or any other field.
• Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers’ / dealers’ complaints.
• Patient, good communication skill and eager to help others.
• Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
