Customer Service Specialist (Order Management)

  • Salary RM4,500 - RM6,500

Location: I-City Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure that order processing is both timely and accurate.
  • To coordinate with all parties to meet customers’ delivery needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • To monitor material availability, production schedules, and customer order deliveries to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
  • To collaborate closely with transporters to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • To ensure customers’ orders, bookings, and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of Customer Master Data
  • To build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing or Administration.
  • At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
  • Experience in Steel Industry/Building is an added advantages.
  • Good communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and a good team player
  • The candidate must be able to work in fast-paced environment / MNC environment
  • Full-Time Immediate position(s) available.
