Customer Service Specialist (Order Management)
- Salary RM4,500 - RM6,500
Location: I-City Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure that order processing is both timely and accurate.
- To coordinate with all parties to meet customers’ delivery needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- To monitor material availability, production schedules, and customer order deliveries to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
- To collaborate closely with transporters to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- To ensure customers’ orders, bookings, and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of Customer Master Data
- To build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing or Administration.
- At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
- Experience in Steel Industry/Building is an added advantages.
- Good communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and a good team player
- The candidate must be able to work in fast-paced environment / MNC environment
- Full-Time Immediate position(s) available.
