Customer Service Executive
Job Overview
- Salary RM5000 - RM6000
Location: Kapar, Klang
Job Descriptions:
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborate with all relevant parties to meet customer delivery requirements while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Oversee materials availability, production schedules, and order deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure timely invoicing for all dispatched orders.
- Streamline daily operations to reduce lead times and prevent conflicts.
- Perform additional administration activities when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in customer service, administrative, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
