Customer Service Executive

Job Overview

  • Salary RM5000 - RM6000

Location: Kapar, Klang

Job Descriptions:

  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the specified timeframe.
  • Collaborate with all relevant parties to meet customer delivery requirements while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee materials availability, production schedules, and order deliveries to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure timely invoicing for all dispatched orders.
  • Streamline daily operations to reduce lead times and prevent conflicts.
  • Perform additional administration activities when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in customer service, administrative, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
