Customer Service Executive (Printing/Label)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with daily customer inquiries.
• Follow up on internal and external jobs.
• Liaise with customers regarding job information.
• Issue job orders.
• Send quotations.
• Control the delivery of finished goods.
• Provide artwork details.
• Issue credits, send order acknowledgments, and compose letters to customers.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field would be advantage.
• Problem Solving.
• Communication Skill.
• Computer Skill (Microsoft word/Excel).
