Corporate Finance Executive

Location: Kelana Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct thorough research and financial analysis for business proposals.
• Assist with due diligence and review legal documents related to investments.
• Create analysis templates and checklists to improve tracking and efficiency.
• Help prepare feasibility studies for new investments and develop detailed working papers.
• Perform scenario analysis to understand how different strategies might affect the target company’s finances.
• Evaluate the financial viability and risks of proposed investments and provide recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and lawyers.
• Take on additional projects or tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalents.
• Good and hands-on experience in handling full set of account closing.
• Process sound accounting knowledge and corporate finance working experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an audit firm and PLC is preferable.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia preferred as the role required to deal with our subsidiary companies.
• Strong commitment, accountability, integrity, responsibility, proactiveness, and result oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paces environment, processes strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
