Commercial Excellence / Operational Efficiency (Protege Trainee)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Update and maintain the accuracy and completeness of key account data.
• Compile in-market sales data into presentation slides on a monthly basis.
• Create and analyze the Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa regions (CEESA) data report to support business needs.
• Manage the input, storage, and retrieval of data in Veeva CRM.
• Manage the registration and data uploads for the educational platform website.
• Responding to ad hoc request by creating custom reports and analyze for business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to use data analysis to get insights and inform business.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,300
• Fixed Allowance: RM280
• Socso, Annual and Medical Leave included
