Commercial Analyst (SFE – MNC Pharma)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with sales team in translating brand strategies into sales force implementation.
• Execute a culture of tracking, reviewing, and aligning implementation with strategies.
• Utilize processes, systems, and tools to capture information that can be translated into knowledge for better business decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales process.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Provide support in Veeva CRM processes.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant qualification.
• at least 2 to 3 years working experience.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Experience in using Salesforce (preferable in Pharma).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Experienced in managing project implementations and system rollouts.
