Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the Application Laboratory – Ensure proper organization, functionality, and continuous improvement through equipment upgrades.
• Design and Develop Prototypes – Create and test prototypes to assess product performance and suitability for customer needs.
• Conduct Sensory Assessments – Evaluate key and new ingredients for quality, taste, and application suitability.
• Coordinate with Suppliers – Request product samples, technical data, and necessary documentation to support development and customer requirements.
• Deliver Training and Support – Educate customers and new sales staff on product technical aspects, usage, benefits, and troubleshooting.
• Provide Technical Assistance – Support the sales team by addressing technical inquiries and participating in customer visits to resolve concerns.
• Willingness to Travel – Available for business travel as required.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification – A Professional Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or Nutrition, along with relevant work experience.
• Language Skills – Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Industry Knowledge – Experience in the Home Care & Personal Care ingredients sector is an added advantage.
• Professional Experience – Preferably a few years of experience in a related field.
• Organizational & Planning Abilities – Capable of working independently with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Motivated & Team-Oriented – Highly driven, results-focused, and an excellent team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
