Chemical Sales Engineer (Water Treatment)

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies within existing customer base and in competitive accounts to achieve profit growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with current and potential clients to comprehend their business requirements, offering suggestions for ongoing enhancements and innovative solutions to sustain and enhance sales.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, among current and prospective customers.
• Deliver technical assistance to customers, addressing and resolving challenges, with the ability to escalate when necessary.
• Employ problem-solving techniques, including system analysis and data interpretation, to provide written recommendations, ensuring optimal customer operations.
• Proactively promote and support company innovations and technology within assigned customer accounts, fostering enduring business partnerships with the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and chemical engineering, with a proven track record in the water treatment industry.
• Technical expertise in utilizing chemical engineering software and tools.
• Applicable for Malaysian citizens only
