Business Development Manager (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and evaluate customer business growth at various stages.
• Execute in-store visibility initiatives, manage product planograms, and ensure top-tier merchandising standards.
• Regularly update individual customer scorecards by analyzing market conditions and SKU performance to develop actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure support, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Conduct periodic customer visits as per the work plan.
• Achieve targets by consistently meeting Net Sales Value and Days Sales Operations goals.
• Monitor and assess the investment plan’s alignment with customer objectives.
• Identify and pursue development opportunities within the established strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business and other relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English.
