Associate Product Manager (Marketing)

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur 

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute brand plans and marketing strategies for assigned brands to achieve the company’s business goals.
• Conduct thorough market and consumer insights studies to inform strategic brand planning and increase the company’s market share.
• Implement the marketing strategies, ensuring they are translated into actionable plans and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Manage and coordinate brand expenditures to optimize resources and meet business objectives.
• Track, monitor, and document marketing activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses of marketing efforts and propose mitigation plans to achieve desired results.
• Develop and coordinate marketing communication and advertising plans for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Provide product training to the Sales team for assigned brands to better serve medical aesthetics professionals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry trends and customer needs is important for developing and managing product effectively.
• The role also demands creativity, attention to detail, and customer -focused mindset.
