Associate Financial Analyst

Location: Sunway, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• To partner with division in providing the details financial analysis on revenue, profitability, pricing and innovation projects, including the impact of incentive programs on overall financial performance deal profitability analysis.
• To navigate through different systems and processes to get information.
• To proactively analyze any variances and generate necessary report to FP&A team for monthly business review with management.
• Review rebate agreements, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and reconciliation of rebate
• Coordinate with sales teams to manage rebate accruals and payout calculations in line with contractual agreements and provide timely and accurate rebate report to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related area
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior knowledge in EPM and PowerBI will be an added benefit
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, self-motivated, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
