Associate Analyst (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide support in addressing local country inquiries related to the Data Management Team (DMT) function.
• Establish and handle master data processing within well-defined guidelines, including timely resolution of basic queries and investigations within the Data Management Team (DMT).
• Complete master data requests accurately and on time. Analyze, identify and resolve any issues with supervision.
• Support the development and changes in systems, transactions, and processes, including updating process documentation.
• Support process improvement and productivity initiatives, including updating and reviewing DMT process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Assist the team lead and members in activities to improve team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with key controls outlined in the FCF/SOX documentation.
• Generate and compile KPI metrics for the DMT function at month-end and as needed.
• Support the Senior Analyst or Team Lead with ad hoc activities or projects.
• Responsible for maintaining SAP master data

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Data Analyst or relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or a strong understanding of master data is an added advantage.
• Proficient in using SAP and the MDG system. Knowledge of SAP data dictionaries—particularly Vendors, Customers, and Bank Branches—is an added advantage.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skill.
• Able to work independently and adapt in the a fast pace environment.
